For our annual holiday in 2026, the restaurant will be closed from:

– Sunday, March 8th, after lunch service until Thursday, March 19th.
(Reopening on Friday, March 20th for the lunch service).

– Sunday, May 10th, after lunch service until Wednesday, May 20th, 2026, including lunch service.
(Reopening on Wednesday, May 20th for dinner service).

– Sunday, October 25th, after lunch service until Friday, October 27th, 2026.
(Reopening on Friday, November 27th for lunch service).

The chef

Fabien Corboz  is a graduate of the Ecole Hôtelière Internationale Savoie Leman and the school of St Maur de Bretagne.
